The Business World from My Perspective

Over the past few days, I've been looking at the websites of companies recommended to me on job sites and reading books by people who run welfare services. These include areas like medical management consulting and back-end support, financial statements, and investor relations.

On the positive side, I feel that there is interest in my administrative knowledge and experience, insights into medical management analysis, and expertise in tax, accounting, and bookkeeping. However, the harsh reality seems to be the expectation to skillfully secure grants, contribute to profits, and win bids.

Turning the perspective, I notice that businesses and the so-called "poverty industry" focused on developmental disabilities are garnering attention from the management side in the medical and caregiving sector because of the high profitability of obtaining grants. Ironically, genuinely supporting the intended beneficiaries of these services can lead to lower profits. If government audits don't function as they should, honest people end up looking foolish. This attracts unscrupulous companies specializing in SEO, website development, accounting, legal administration, construction, and catering to the industry.

While supporting the back-end of welfare services, I have been groping for ways to cooperate with local businesses and contemplate better taxation practices, wondering if this is even feasible.

As I continue working and conducting workshops, I aim to not lose sight of the essence and the ideal state, crafting presentations and proposals with specialized knowledge.
