公務員に強い転職サイトに、職務経歴書を書き込み、中高年の転職事情について、見直をしている。
一流企業専門のサイトでは経歴に関係ある。医療関連の会社、不動産関係、保険関係に一部反応が有った数は少なかった。希望しているコンサルタントや公共関係の反応はなかった。自分で公募に申し込み、または公募公募がなくても、自分のスキルを上げて企画を売り込むしか道はない.
そう考えていた。
地を足につけたアプローチをしたら、今回は規模は少し小さいが、地に足のついた会社、仕事が視界に入る。総務部、経理部、工場事務、相互
の転職。副業、独立、との組み合わせ、様々な光景が見える。

コンパクトに経理総務の実務のスキルを固め、ＩＲの仕事を組み合わせようと今まで思っていた。地域の企業のおいて、それに公的統計と地域行政を知る強み。新たな視点を発掘した、デ－タサイエンスや広報、経営営業とその企画に係る道も自分で作れるのではないかと思う。
まづ、自分のしている仕事、自分のしているワ－クショップ、ＳＮＳを進化させたいと思う。
Starting tomorrow, I want to expand my options.
I've entered my resume on a job site strong in public sector positions and am reviewing the job market for middle-aged and older applicants.
On sites specializing in top-tier companies, I've had a few responses related to my experience with medical companies, real estate, and insurance. However, there were no responses for consulting or public sector jobs that I hoped for. It seems my only options are to apply for public postings or, if there are none, to enhance my skills and pitch my projects on my own.
By taking a more grounded approach, I've started to see opportunities at smaller, more solid companies, including positions in general affairs, accounting, factory administration, and mutual career changes. There are various prospects, including side jobs and entrepreneurship.
I had always thought of solidifying my practical skills in accounting and general affairs and combining them with IR work. In local businesses, knowing public statistics and local administration could be an advantage. I've discovered a new perspective: perhaps I can create my own path in data science, public relations, management, sales, and related planning.
