探すと迷子になる
やはり、意思がなく捜すと迷子になる。見たいものを見、見たいものを作り始める。痛みを見つめて、受け入れて、意思を持つと世界は広がる。

職場の転籍試験を受け、関連する勉強をし、今までの仕事と関連づけて、税、福祉、医療を個人と法人両方の立場でみっめる。そして、市民運
動やボランティア活動、ケ－スワ－カにつながるような高揚感を感じていたが、面接試験が終わり、高揚感が少し収まった。
自分のやって来たワークショップを纏め、深め体系立てる作業もひと段落し、新しく始めたいくつかプロジェクトもたちどまつつある。

役所の総合計画、コンサルタントの仕事それが事業に繋がらない、何がらはじめたらいいかわからなあ。そんな感覚に陥る。迷子になる。

Indeed, searching without purpose leads to becoming lost. Start by seeing what you want to see, and begin creating what you wish to create. By confronting and accepting pain, and by having intention, the world expands.

After taking the transfer exam at work and studying related subjects, I connected it with my previous job, looking at tax, welfare, and healthcare from both individual and corporate perspectives. I felt an uplifting sense of connection to civic movements, volunteer activities, and case work, but after the interview, that sense of excitement has somewhat subsided.
I have also wrapped up organizing and deepening the workshops I've conducted, and some new projects I wanted to start are also pausing.
