出来る事 やろうとしてること 自分のやりたいことは町のケ－スワーカなのだなと思う。改めて思う。中核スキルは、生活保護の知識、医療の知識、労働法制の知識、それにお金と税の知識を組み合わせて、所得を把握してすべての階層属性に対応すること、低所得者、中間所得層、高額、労働者、フリ－ランス、経営者をこれから枠組みを超えていこうと思います。 最中核は低所得者、中間所得層に置くことはやめません、が先に進むには経営者の立場特に地域の企業を経営者を理解する必要を感じてきました。そこでも地域における労働者と経営者を見るという中核的な視点を持ちます。 税の交際費の上限額、事業承継に際し相続税のおける会社の位置づけの知識、給与、退職金、そして保険金との関係関連実務、会計処理は、FPの知識で、毎年フォローできる武器が自分にあるのだと確認しました。 個人、法人として、起業する際の実務に置いて、関係優遇制度（減価償却費等）ぃ起点とし関連する許認可申請、補助金申請、行政手続を纏めたいと思います。そこから、一年単位、そして事業承継までの行政がらみの実務のカレンダーつくりを中核にできるようにしたいと思います。 あくまでですが私がつくり上げてきた、お金の見取り図を中核とします。 ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ ケ－スワーカはエンパワーメントがもう一つの役割です。最後はだれもがも本当に孤独な決断に迫られます、そこに自分の中核スキルが後押しすること武器を得ることが出来たらと思います。最終的には、わたしの中核スキル哲学宗教的知識で、哲学、宗教的価値観の掘り下げによる決断までいきたいと思います。形を変えると、自分の心の言葉を外に出すきっかけ時間をつくること ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ エンパワーメントと宗教的掘り下げその中間で。教養としての聖書のワ－クショップをしていますが、また踏み出してみたいと思います 、 鎌倉市内の統計、地区別の統計を見つめて同じ地図と立ち位置を確認する。衣食住関連福祉を繋ぎたい。さらにまた、若い世代、継続的な事業（人生）のデザイン展開の力になりたい。そんなことを準備してみたいと思います 行政のエリ－トとしての能力、経営者としての能力、強い心がないと相手にされない何も始められないという呪縛から離れたいと思います。#社会福祉の知識、#医療の知識、#労働法、#財務、#税務 I've come to realize that what I want to do is to be a case worker in my town. Once again, this thought has become clear to me. My core skills include knowledge of social welfare, medical knowledge, labor law, combined with knowledge of finance and taxes. I aim to understand income levels and cater to all social strata - low-income groups, middle-income groups, high earners, workers, freelancers, and business owners. I plan to move beyond the existing frameworks. My primary focus will remain on the low and middle-income groups, but to move forward, I feel the need to understand the perspective of business owners, especially those running local businesses. This includes adopting a central viewpoint of both workers and business owners in the community. Knowledge about the upper limit of entertainment expenses for tax purposes, the positioning of companies in inheritance tax during business succession, salaries, retirement pay, and the relationship with insurance payments are all part of the practical skills I can cover with my financial planning knowledge. I plan to be equipped with these tools for annual follow-ups. For individuals and corporations, especially when starting a business, I want to focus on preferential systems like depreciation costs, and related licensing applications, subsidy applications, and administrative procedures. I aim to create a calendar of administrative-related practical work, from a one-year perspective to business succession. At the heart of this is the financial overview that I have developed. Another role of a case worker is empowerment. Ultimately, everyone is faced with truly solitary decisions, and I hope that my core skills can support and arm them in these situations. Eventually, I would like to delve into decisions influenced by philosophical and religious knowledge, exploring philosophical and religious values. In other words, creating opportunities and time to express one's inner thoughts. As a middle ground between empowerment and religious exploration, I am conducting Bible workshops as part of cultural education and would like to take a step further. I plan to closely examine statistics of Kamakura city and its districts, confirming the same maps and standings. I want to connect welfare related to clothing, food, and shelter. Furthermore, I wish to support the younger generation and contribute to the continuous design and development of their businesses and lives. I want to break free from the curse of being ignored unless one has the capacity of an administrative elite or the ability of a business owner, or a strong heart.
