アメリカの大統領選挙でも日本の国政選挙でも、民主党の理想や平等は届かない、言葉が届かない。生活が豊かな人がほかの階層の生活
を生活言語を理解していないのか。新聞とネットの差でもなく、見えない壁の超え方が分からなくなってきたのか。
人間を不完全に敢えて作った神が泣いている。それは自分にも言えることかもしれない。差し当てり、卑近になるが管理職に対してかもしれない。後は、同年代？、若い人？今は対立する人苦手な人を、見つめる。使命にとらわれない人を見つめる。四角でなく丸いひとを見つめる

Justice Does Not Reach the Heart
Even in the U.S. presidential election or Japan's national election, the ideals and equality advocated by the Democratic Party fail to resonate; their words do not reach people. Is it because those living comfortable lives do not understand the everyday language of other social strata? It’s not merely the gap between newspapers and the internet. Perhaps people have lost the way to cross the invisible walls.
The God who dared to create humans as imperfect beings may be weeping. This may apply to myself as well. For now, on a more immediate and personal level, perhaps it’s towards my manager, or maybe towards my peers of the same generation, or even younger individuals. I choose to face those I struggle with—those I oppose or find challenging. I seek to observe people not bound by a sense of duty, those who are not rigid squares but rather flexible circles.
I recall the advice and words of a senior from my university days.
