 コンサルタントが、クライアントの連帯保証人になれるわけではないし、未来永劫事業に係り続けるわけではない

 ケ-スワ-カが受け持ちのクライアントに、生活の生活の面倒を全て見るわけにはいかない。友人をに対しても。そうだと思う、 家族と、自分の仕事に責任持つことを忘れては、いけないと思う。

 その上で、人と係ることを、忘れない。統計、お金、制度、歴史、哲学、その地図を見せながら、道具を出す。事実と正確な構造

それにまつわる歴史と哲学を淡々と話す

 カウンセラーは、ずっと話はを聞く。だけど時として、本当の自分の言葉をぶつける。

The Art of Engagement and Distance as a Professional
In our roles as professionals, we often face the question of "how much should we engage, and how much distance should we maintain?" For instance, a consultant cannot become a guarantor for a client, nor can they be involved in a business indefinitely. Similarly, a case worker cannot take care of every aspect of a client's life. This applies to friends and family as well. We must not forget our responsibility towards our own work.

However, while maintaining this professional distance, we must not forget the importance of engaging with people. It's crucial to use our knowledge of statistics, finance, systems, history, and philosophy to guide others, offering advice based on facts and accurate structures. By sharing stories related to history and philosophy, we can deepen others' understanding.

As counselors, we are expected to listen continuously, but sometimes it's important to confront others with our true words. This is crucial for conveying the truth and fostering a deeper understanding.
